Happy New Year!

Hello STUFT Fitness friends! Hope your New Year is off to a great start! This is the year for “no excuses”. There’s no excuse to not find the time to take care of yourself. You’ll be a better person all around if you make time for yourself and move!!!!

Our schedule is that same for now with Strollerwise on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 am and boot camp Saturday mornings at 7:45 am. We’re looking into starting an new week day afternoon/early evening boot camp class either on Tuesdays or Wednesdays starting in February. be on the lookout for an email asking for some input.

We also have a few openings for weekly personal or small group training sessions. Theses can be done in home, at a park, etc. It’s a great opportunity to get on a base program and start the year off right!
