Hello everyone! We’re undergoing some website changes and updates this month. I apologize in advance for any issues this may cause. We will hopefully get things up and running in the next few weeks.

All classes are open to anyone and are FREE for your first class. So…. come on out and join us ANYTIME!

Some new classes are also in the works. We’re adding an additional boot camp class during the week, a Mom and Tot boot camp on Saturdays through the City and a Fun and Fit Kids class.
